On the cold Autumn evening of 31st October 2020 performing the final Halloween Spooktacular of the season with Miss Rory and The Broadway Dancers, I never would have imagined that nearly 5 months later we would still have the purple palace doors locked, the lights off and time would still have stood still in and around Boulevard for this amount of time.

Numerous times I have been into Boulevard to get wigs, costumes make up for online events and it was cold, dark and very eerie, with the silence of being the only person in the building god damn scary…. BUT in just under 3 weeks times the rehearsal lights will come back on, the dancers will be warming up and we shall be starting rehearsals for our reopening on Friday 31st May!

Words cannot describe how excited I am. Having trained so hard to do what I do since an early age and dedicating the last 10 plus years on Danni Dee, not doing what I love has effected me in many ways over lockdown and now it is time to focus all the frustration, excitement and joy into putting on one hell of a show!
